July 17, 2018—In a study comparing valve-in-valve (ViV) transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) with native valve (NV) TAVR, ViV TAVR was shown to be a safe and effective procedure in patients at high risk for repeat surgery who failed surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR).
