July 27, 2026—Xenter, Inc. announced the close of its Series B financing, raising a total of $58.25 million.
The proceeds will support the commercial launch the company’s TechMed health care intelligence platform for diagnostic evaluation and wireless medical devices. The platform captures physical intelligence data over the company’s XenFi wireless ecosystem.
The funds will also support the continued development of Xenter’s technologies–including the testing of a guidewire for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedures; manufacturing expansion; clinical and regulatory initiatives; and the acceleration of the integrated TechMed platform.
“The closing of Series B strongly validates Xenter’s wireless physical intelligence platform and enables the first commercial launch of our diagnostics business unit and the initiation of planned clinical testing of the Guru dual-sensor physiology guidewire in TAVR procedures,” commented Richard J. Linder in Xenter’s press release.
Linder, who is Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company, stated further, “Xenter is building an integrated intelligence platform designed to connect medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, and artificial intelligence into a seamless ecosystem that enables better clinical decision-making while continually ensuring patients control their health care data.”
The financing included participation from existing shareholders, prominent family offices, and health care investors, noted the company.
Xenter also announced the appointment of Linda Vega to its Board of Directors. Vega brings decades of executive leadership in banking, finance, corporate governance, and strategic capital planning to the role.
