The PERT Consortium CEO Michelle Lanno to Step Down at Year’s End

July 20, 2026—Michelle Lanno, Chief Executive Officer of The PERT Consortium, announced she will be stepping down from her role effective December 31, concluding more than a decade of leadership that began with the organization’s founding in 2015.

In an announcement posted on social media and sent to The PERT Consortium subscribers, Lanno said that she will remain fully committed in her current role during the next 6 months to support a transition to new leadership.

Lanno highlighted the organization’s recent momentum, citing the launch of the PRISM Program, continued growth of the PERC Database and Center of Excellence programs, and the ongoing expansion of PERT International.

“I am incredibly proud to be leaving PERT at a time of tremendous strength and momentum,” commented Lanno in the announcement, adding that the Consortium’s “brightest days are still ahead.”
