NAMSA Acquires Market Research Firm SUAZIO
March 27, 2023—NAMSA, a medical device–focused contract research organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, announced its acquisition of SUAZIO, an Antwerp, Belgium–based strategic consultancy. SUAZIO provides global market research services to medical device and in vitro diagnostics developers. The price and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of SUAZIO increases NAMSA’s global presence to 20 locations across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, noted the company.
According to the press release, the mission of SUAZIO is to provide market insights to the medtech industry across the globe through its data, people, and analytics solutions. The organization develops custom frameworks based on each client’s specific market needs, technology value drivers, patient journeys, digital health care environment, and economic value proposition. The research results in robust data and accurate interpretation, leading to clear recommendations and strategies for successful market introduction.
NAMSA’s other consulting services include biological safety, quality, regulatory, reimbursement, and product development strategy. NAMSA consultants provide wide-ranging consulting services across the product development spectrum to allow clients to get to market faster and make a more immediate impact on patient safety and global health care.
