KOAG’s Vascette HP Vascular Closure Pad Receives FDA Clearance

KOAG's Vascette HP vascular closure pad August 23, 2022—KOAG LLC, a privately held medical device company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, announced that its topical vascular closure system, Vascette HP, has been granted FDA clearance.

According to the company, the Vascette HP closure pad incorporates a proprietary, plant-derived hemostatic foam to support rapid hemostasis after cardiac catheterization without direct compression over the arterial puncture site.

KOAG plans to exhibit the Vascette HP device at the Association for Vascular Access congress held in Minneapolis, from September 30 to October 2.
