Carvolix Receives Financing to Accelerate Commercialization of TAVIpilot Software

August 18, 2026—Claret Capital Partners announced it has made an investment of €30 million in Carvolix. Claret Capital is a European, independent, growth debt fund manager.

Carvolix was founded by Truffle Capital and formerly known as Affluent Medical, which acquired Caranx Medical and Artedrone in January 2026.

Based in Aix-en-Provence, France, Carvolix is a commercial- and clinical-stage medical technology company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence- (AI-) driven and image-driven mini robots and biomimetic implants for interventional cardiology procedures and the treatment of ischemic stroke.

TAVIpilot, the company’s lead product, the FDA-cleared TAVIpilot, is an AI-driven software for real-time intraoperative guidance of transcatheter heart valve implantation procedures. It tracks real-time anatomic and instrument landmarks, noted the press release.

Sébastien Ladet, Chief Executive Officer of Carvolix, commented on the funding in Claret Capital’s press release.

“This debt financing gives us specific means directed towards the commercialization of TAVIpilot and preparation of industrialization across our portfolio,” stated Ladet. “Claret Capital’s interest in our technology and roadmap is a further validation as we work to make AI-driven robotics and biomimetic implants a new standard of care for patients facing complex cardiovascular and neurovascular procedures.”
