Carestream Health to Distribute Ziehm’s Vision RFD Mobile C-arm Imaging System

April 19, 2021—Carestream Health announced its partnership with Ziehm Imaging to bring a mobile C-arm to its product portfolio. The Ziehm Vision RFD C-arm surgical imaging system will be available in the United States and Canada in 2021.

According to Carestream Health, the Ziehm Vision RFD C-arm offers a 25-kw generator, in either a 20.5 X 20.5 cm or 31 X 31 cm field-of-view, flat-panel, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor digital detector, allowing for broad procedural work including vascular, cardiac, spine orthotrauma, and pain management, in addition to many general surgical applications. The system’s Advanced Active Cooling technology enables extended case times beyond traditional air-cooled systems. It also provides an intuitive graphical interface that allows reduced training time and improved productivity.

Ziehm Vision RFD systems will be available for sale and service through Carestream.
