Stentys Xposition S Self-Apposing Stent Receives CE Mark Approval

April 28, 2015—Stentys announced European CE Mark approval for its coronary, sirolimus-eluting Xposition S self-apposing stent. The company will officially launch Xposition S at the EuroPCR conference on May 19 in Paris, France. It will begin marketing the device in Europe and in all countries that recognize CE Mark. The design of the delivery system for the Xposition S was based on the Cappella Peel Away technology that the company acquired in 2014, noted the company.
